Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

1. What “sale” and “sharing” mean

Under California law, “sell” means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating a consumer’s personal information to another business or third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, subject to exceptions. “Share” means sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not for monetary consideration. Certain disclosures to service providers, at your direction, or as otherwise permitted by law may not constitute a sale or sharing.

2. How to opt out

You may submit an opt-out request by:

• Emailing [email protected] with “California Opt-Out” in the subject line;
• Calling +1 (863) 622-0612; or
• Completing the form below. We will process verified requests as required by law.

3. Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may require written permission signed by you and may verify your identity directly with you. If you provide a power of attorney under California Probate Code sections 4000 to 4465, we will process the request in accordance with law.

4. Non-discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your opt-out rights by denying goods or services, charging different prices, or suggesting you will receive a different price or quality—except where permitted by law (such as a reasonable relationship to value in a financial incentive program, if ever offered and disclosed).

5. Browser-based opt-out signals

Some browsers or extensions may transmit an opt-out preference signal (such as the Global Privacy Control). We are evaluating technical implementation of such signals across our Services and will update this policy when fully operational. Until then, please submit an opt-out through one of the methods above.
